Terms of Service

Pro Tweaks provides professional PC optimization software and services designed for competitive and performance-focused users. Depending on the package selected, services may include but are not limited to:

• Full in-depth Windows tuning including hidden and advanced settings for latency, memory, CPU, and system stability (no CPU or RAM overclocking unless specifically included).
• Enabling and configuring XMP profiles when supported.
• Deep Windows app and service debloat including hidden and background services.
• Full driver removal and reinstallation with custom debloated drivers.
• GPU optimization (power limits, fan curves, driver tweaks).
• Custom NVIDIA and AMD control panel profiles.
• Advanced GPU latency and power efficiency scripts.
• Registry optimizations for latency, responsiveness, and stability.
• CPU settings and Windows power plan tuning.
• Network packet prioritization for specific games.
• Optional controller configuration to lower input delay.
• Hardware diagnostics and performance recommendations.

Every package includes lifetime support, provided the client follows post-service guidelines. Free GPU driver updates are included if the client has not already changed drivers themselves.

Support may be voided if:

• The client factory resets or reinstalls Windows without consulting Pro Tweaks first.
• BIOS, drivers, or system settings are altered outside of Pro Tweaks recommendations.
• Third-party tweaks or conflicting modifications are applied.

If support has been voided, or if a full checkup is requested after significant time, a $25 checkup fee may apply.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Clients who reset, reinstall, or modify their system outside of provided instructions forfeit eligibility for refunds and free support.

• Optimization results vary depending on hardware, software environment, and usage.
• While significant performance and stability improvements are typical, specific FPS gains are not guaranteed.

• Follow all instructions provided at the end of service.
• Contact Pro Tweaks directly for any issues instead of performing unsupported resets or third-party changes.

• Pro Tweaks is not responsible for instability caused by hardware limitations, third-party modifications, or unsupported changes made after service.
• By purchasing, the client acknowledges optimizations are tailored to their system and results may vary.

• Pro Tweaks operates a public Discord server where clients can access resources and announcements.
• Clients are always free to directly DM us for support or questions.
• Support is only guaranteed through direct DMs or these official channels.
